Fitness
The fitness centre features cardiovascular exercise equipment. The machines, with their simple operation, modern design and efficiency, will certainly meet the expectations of every guest for whom exercise means fun and inspiration.
We have at our disposal cardio machines: rowing machine, treadmills, stationary bikes, cross-trainer (elliptical trainer), in which there is a possibility of setting different profiles of tracks, difficulty and direct sensing of pulse rate, which is the main indicator of the effectiveness of the workout.
Complementing these cardio machines are weight machines, on which it is possible to exercise all muscle parts. In the hotel fitness centre there are also benches for exercise with weights from KOHI.
Gym, squash
Play a game of squash on the new professional SAXON court. Squash is a dynamic sport that places high demands on fitness and combativeness. At the hotel reception you can also rent squash equipment – rackets and balls of different difficulties.
In the modern sports areas of the gym you can play ball games such as:

If you prefer to exercise together with music, you will surely be interested in the possibility of aerobics, or on request with a professional instructor to discover Pilates exercises, or a modern type of aerobics Tae-bo with elements of martial arts.

Ski equipment can be rented through an external partner in Tatranská Lomnica directly at the cable car. A ski school is also available.
