The stay can be paid by advance invoice before arrival. The invoice will be prepared by our reservation department after the reservation has been made.

Another method of payment is to pay directly at the hotel by cash or credit card.

Part of our hotel complex is a parking lot with a capacity of 140 parking spaces. For all hotel guests, parking in the hotel car park is free of charge.

If the hotel car park is full, you can park in the public car park, which is approximately 50 metres away. However, public car parks are chargeable. The price is around 5,-Eur/day.

Yes, we have a GreenWay charger at the hotel.

Accommodation in the hotel with a pet is possible for a fee of 40€ / night. The fee covers increased cleaning costs and more.

Yes, late check-out is possible by arrangement with reception at check-in, subject to subsequent bookings. The late check-out fee is 35€ until 14:00.

Half board (breakfast + dinner) is included in all packages. Directly in the hotel there is also À la carte VISTA – Slovak Restaurant open daily from 11:00-22:00.

Accommodation in the hotel is available in standard double, triple or family rooms. All rooms with a view of Poprad have a balcony, rooms with a view of the Tatras are without balcony. We try to accommodate your requests for a specific room (with or without a balcony), but sometimes the hotel occupancy does not allow it. There are no additional charges for a room with a balcony or a view of the Tatras.

Accommodation in a suite is subject to a surcharge of 80€/night, in a De Luxe suite 150€/night.

The night bar is open on selected days from 22:00 to 02:00. We always adjust the dates at the end of the calendar month, for the following month.

The pool is 20 m long. The temperature in the swimming pool is 28 degrees. At the pool you can order from the menu, which is located in the Aqua Bar.

Yes, we have two children’s pools. One has a depth of 20cm, the other 40cm. The water temperature in these pools is 32 degrees.

Yes, it is available to hotel guests during all holidays and selected weekends. Equipped with children’s toys, during holidays the programme is provided by animators.

In the hotel you can smoke in the Havana lounge – smoking lounge, which is located next to the VISTA – Slovak restaurant.
